Our Story so Far...
Villa Terra Baía was born from a crazy idea when we both turned 50. After running Hotel Het Menneke in Hasselt (Belgium) for 10 years, we wanted to continue what we were doing, but differently. In a flash, we moved to a sunnier—read: windier—part of the world…
We discovered a camouflaged gem in São Vicente where you can truly unwind. It took us three years to create a new place with a fantastic team of builders. Everything is handcrafted. The slogan “no stress” got a meaning.
By combining all our interests—interior design, art, food, diving, kiting, fishing—we offer a complete package of unforgettable adventures and total relaxation. Together with the team, our goal is to give our guests, family, and friends a complete island experience, where we appreciate each other’s company.
